This workshop provides a Procurement 101 overview for businesses interested in selling to federal, state, and local governments, introducing the basics of how government purchasing works, key requirements, and common terminology. Participants will learn how the GACO APEX Accelerator at PennWest University supports businesses through registrations and certifications, bid matching, counseling, and training to help them compete successfully in government markets.
